Lumbar stenosis more often, for unknown reasons, probably because of the long hours and poor posture. Gradually, it may be the increasing use of computers and computer use in portable toilets rise in incidence. Laminectomy proved futile. Only use non-steroidal analgesics. The exercise, massage and infra-red radiation support. Stenosis of the cervical spinal canal is also similar.
Decompression laminectomy is on the front of treatments.Vertabrectomy be effective in the back! Good Luck
